About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and polished Receptionist to join our law office team in Denver. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, you will ensure a welcoming and organized front office environment while supporting the smooth operation of the firm. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner

Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries

Schedule client appointments, consultations, and conference rooms

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, legal documents, and deliveries

Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation

Maintain office supplies and ensure reception and common areas are organized

Uphold client confidentiality and maintain a professional image at all times
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a law office or professional services setting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
