Job DescriptionSalary: $17.23-$24.89
Purpose : At Neumayer Equipment Company the Parts Department handles the organization, procurement, and distribution of vehicle and equipment spare parts, directly supporting their Field Service Technicians and petroleum installation crews.
Key responsibilities and duties typically include:
- Inventory Control: Managing and organizing stock levels, issuing parts, and maintaining accurate counts for equipment and warehouse stock.
- Procurement: Ordering, receiving, and verifying incoming parts from suppliers.
- Logistics & Delivery: Packaging, tracking, and delivering necessary replacement parts to service technicians or active job sites.
- Record Keeping: Processing invoices, reconciling purchase orders, and handling related job-cost and purchasing paperwork.
- Inventory Management: Maintain strict inventory control to ensure accuracy throughout the company.
- Core Returns: Managing the return of unused parts and core components to the main warehouse.
The qualifications and skills preferred:
- Experience working in an equipment warehouse, billing, or parts department.
- Strong organizational skills and basic mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with computer software, networking, and purchasing/inventory systems.
- Sage 100 experience a plus.
