RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Report directly to the Director of Operations to align operational workflows with long-term company goals.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage departmental labor & supply budgets, ensuring all accounts are responsible and accountable to all labor, supply, and equipment management and budgets.
- Performance Management: Conduct service quality inspections designed to foster a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities meet local, state, and federal safety standards, including OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Client Relations: Represent the firm at a Senior Management level during site visits and service quality meetings ensuring performance satisfaction, promoting contract retention.
- Resource Coordination: Collaborate with Director of Administration to manage and maintain staffing at professional standards at all customer sites.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of proven management experience, preferably within facility maintenance, property management, or a related service industry.
- Must inspect 4-5 buildings per day
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
- Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to work independently, make executive decisions under pressure, and manage a distributed workforce.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various client sites and work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights and weekends to oversee emergency repairs or site audits.

- Executive Presence: Public speaking and negotiation skills, representing the company to Building Manager.
