The Tier 1 to Tier 2 Service Desk Analyst will provide technical support to users and systems within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT support, and some experience in biomanufacturing environment is highly preferred. This role requires hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows OS desktop, and O365 applications, with a preference for candidates with O365 administrative experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users in a manufacturing environment.\nHandle a range of ticket requests, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service.\nSupport and manage Active Directory, Windows OS desktop, and O365 applications.\nPerform O365 administrative tasks as needed.\nEnsure compliance with GxP/GmP standards and protocols.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.\nDocument and track all support activities in the ticketing system.\nCollaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and support systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
