What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components using blueprints and schematics.
• Use hand and power tools to build high-quality products.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Perform detailed assembly work on small components requiring strong manual dexterity.
• Learn and perform soldering as needed (training provided).
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
• Willingness to learn soldering techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Soldering experience.
• Mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, electronics, or similar industries.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
