What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components using blueprints and schematics.
- Use hand and power tools to build high-quality products.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Perform detailed assembly work on small components requiring strong manual dexterity.
- Learn and perform soldering as needed (training provided).
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with a small team to meet production goals.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or assembly drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts.
- Willingness to learn soldering techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Soldering experience.
- Mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Experience in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, electronics, or similar industries.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
