Job DescriptionOverview:Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is seeking motivated and reliable candidates to join our team! For this position, we are seeking part-time to full-time candidates to prepare fresh salads, wraps, and other made-from-scratch menu items in a high-volume and fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities:Preparing customized salads and other made-from-scratch menu items Ensuring only quality finished products are served to our guestsAdhering to recipes and Food Manual GuidelinesAccurately producing finished items based on order modificationsStocking food preparation table and coolersFollowing proper plating/boxing and garnishing guidelines for each unique cold menu itemUsing proper portioning utensils and following recipe guidelines Working cooperatively with other kitchen team members, servers, and management Maintaining an overall clean environmentAbility to multi-task and complete tasks safely and efficientlyAssisting in other areas of the kitchen on an as-needed basis Following all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocolsSafe handling, use, and storage of sanitation and cleaning chemicals Required QualificationsMust be 16 Years old to apply  Strong attention to detailHigh standards of cleanlinessAbility to lead and take directionAbility to lift up to 25lbs, and stand and walk for extended periodsWorking knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations  Team-oriented attitude  What We Offer:Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill provides a fun and family-friendly work environment.
