Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and sales
- Support service technicians by providing accurate and timely parts fulfillment
- Maintain parts inventory accuracy and organization
- Process parts orders, returns, and warranty-related transactions
- Utilize dealership management systems and manufacturer resources
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required
- Parts department or automotive industry experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with dealership operations and parts inventory systems preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career
- Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing coaching and training
