About Us: Beach Front Property Management, founded in 1999, provides top-notch property management services across Southern California, handling thousands of residential and commercial units. We tailor our services to meet the specific needs of each property owner.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Property Supervisor to oversee a growing portfolio of retail, industrial, and commercial properties totaling over 500,000 square feet across Los Angeles and Orange County. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and strategic oversight of property performance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with deep expertise in owner relations, leasing, capital improvements, property repositioning, CAM reconciliation, and Yardi Voyager (Commercial).
Reports To: Director of Property Management / Regional Manager
Position Type: Full-time | Exempt
Location: Los Angeles & Orange County
Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year

Essential Functions:
- Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
- Supervise and mentor property management staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Serve as the primary liaison for property owners, providing regular updates, financial reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate CAM reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Ensure favorable tenant relations and rent collections.
- Utilize Yardi Voyager (Commercial) for lease administration, work orders, budgeting, and reporting.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
- Negotiate and manage service contracts, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the property management department.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, including retail and industrial assets.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of CAM reconciliation and lease administration.
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (Commercial) is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between properties in Los Angeles and Orange County.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; CPM or RPA designation a plus.
