We're looking for a Nurse Supervisor to join a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team where strong clinical leadership, teamwork, and compassionate patient care are valued every day.

  • Location: Winston-Salem, NC
  • Position: Nurse Supervisor – RN
  • Schedule: Full-Time | Days & Nights

What You'll Do
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts/unit
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff
• Help develop and implement individualized patient care programs, policies, and procedures
• Serve as a key liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and staff
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and counseling
• Address staffing and patient-care issues and help drive effective resolutions
• Step in to provide direct patient care when needed
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on quality outcomes
• Celebrate patient progress and successes throughout their recovery journey ?

What We're Looking For

  • Current RN license in accordance with state requirements
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification required within 1 year of starting
  • CRRN certification required within 1 year of meeting eligibility requirements
  • BSN or related bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience within the last 5 years
  • Previous nursing leadership experience, such as Charge Nurse, Lead RN, or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to provide direction, resolve issues, and maintain accountability for patient and staff outcomes

Pay Details: $35.02 to $62.26 per hour
