PrideStaff is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. If you have experience in landscaping, construction, roofing, or outdoor manual labor and want a stable indoor position with predictable hours, this is a strong fit.
No prior factory or warehouse experience is necessary. We will train candidates who have strong physical stamina, a great attendance record, and a reliable work ethic.
What You Will Do:
- Perform heavy product packaging, bagging, and bulk material prep on an active production line.
- Manually lift, stack, and palletize heavy inventory weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Move finished goods, stage materials, and prepare pallets for shipping.
- Carry out basic machinery washdowns, tank maintenance, and workspace sanitation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain an organized work area.
What You Need:
- Ability to perform continuous physical labor and heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Exceptional attendance and punctuality; showing up on time every day is required.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on personal safety and team safety.
