Salary Range: $51,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system malfunctions.
- Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty machine components and parts.
- Install, commission, and calibrate new manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure operational efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial machinery repair and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong aptitude for diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and adherence to safety protocols (e.g., LOTO).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Specialized certifications in hydraulics, pneumatics, or robotics.
