Position Requirements:

Baking experience is required. Gluten free baking experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person.

Ensure consistent production of high-quality baked goods, conduct quality control evaluations and collaborate with the team to correct any deficiencies.

Organized and reliable.

Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours while maintaining focus doing repetitive tasks.

Ability to work alone as well as with a team and get along with others. Assume responsibility, communicate clearly, maintain flexibility, and keep a positive attitude.

Reliable transportation.

The ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for long periods of time.

A current food handlers’ card.
