Cannabis Grower (Entry-Level) – Paid training provided!
Pay: $18.13 / hour
Location: Spokane Valley, WA (Right off I-90)
Schedule: Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Experience: ZERO Cannabis Experience Required – We Train You!

What You’ll Do (Hands-On Cultivation):
- Plant Care: Support plant growth from vegetative stage through harvest by pruning and feeding.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, sanitized environment for optimal plant growth.
- Harvesting: Participate in the full harvest and post-harvest process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hardworking, eager-to-learn individuals (no prior cannabis industry experience required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Age: Must be 21+ years old (State I-502 regulatory requirement).
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift.
