Senior Associate, Investment Sales – CrownPoint Partners
Location: 100% Remote
Type of Role: Independent Contractor
Compensation: 100% Commission
Experience: Approximately 2-5 Years in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales
Product Type: Single Tenant Net Lease (Retail, Industrial, Medical, etc) & Sale-Leasebacks. Shopping Center Experience is Preferred, but Not Required

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial real estate sales, with single-tenant net lease experience and/or Sale-Leasebacks, and have moderate listing and closing experience.

Job Description:
• Executing structured sales techniques to prospect for new relationships and business, leading to listings, off-market opportunities, and ultimately closings.
• Work alongside the Partners at CrownPoint to develop strategic sales initiatives and expansion.
• Building and managing relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
• Advising clients on real estate investment strategies, market trends, and property valuations.
• Developing expert-level knowledge in a specific asset class and geographic market.
• Marketing investment properties to an extensive network of qualified buyers.
Experience:
2-5 Years as an Investment Sales Associate in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. While an extensive track record is not required, having a pipeline, deal experience with listing and closings is imperative. At the Senior Sales Associate Level, we understand the paramount partnership between the Senior Associate and Partner on developing and enhancing your business.
