What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, and more.
Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Accurately estimate repairs and process payments on site.
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle stocked with necessary parts.
Document all service call activity using company-provided software and mobile devices.
Work independently while meeting productivity and customer satisfaction goals.
Mentor junior technicians or apprentices when needed.
Attend ongoing training and company meetings to stay sharp and up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of hands-on appliance repair experience (in-home, multi-brand preferred).
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
A positive, team-first attitude with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage your daily route efficiently.
Comfortable using mobile devices to track service calls and complete paperwork.
Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and 100 lbs occasionally.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass background check and drug screening.
