Maintenance Manager | Spring Lake, MI
Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
- Ensure optimal equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency across the facility.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor contracts.
- Oversee all corrective maintenance, repairs, and facility infrastructure upkeep.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automation controls.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CMMS, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Proven leadership and team development skills for maintenance personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply root cause analysis techniques.
Bonus Qualifications
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Experience implementing and optimizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Demonstrated experience with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
