Position Summary

- We are seeking ServiceNow SMEs to support administration, engineering, optimization, integration, automation, and continual improvement of enterprise ITSM/ITOM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Configure and administer ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Configuration Management.
- Maintain and improve CMDB quality.
- Develop workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports.
- Support Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Develop integrations with enterprise monitoring and management tools.
- Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues.
- Support continual service improvement.

Required Qualifications
\n
- \n
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- 4+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong understanding of ITSM/ITOM and CMDB.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation.

Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA; CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping.
