Sales Project Manager - Contract Manufacturing

Job Description

1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.

Experience

• Project management experience in a production environment, contract manufacturing experience a must.
• Prior project management experience (3 years) is a must
• Project management experience managing multiple projects at once
• Ability to work with multiple different departments (who have different priorities) who have very different personalities to execute projects
• Strong experience with customer facing and external customers

Salary: $75K-$90K
