GROCERY STORE-FRONT END-TEAM LEADER-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!

Graul's Market – Lutherville Timonium, MD

Graul's Market has been serving the Baltimore areas since the 1920's. We are a specialty gourmet market focusing on service to our customers and offering a quality product.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays.
Must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the light rail or bus route.

FRONT-END TEAM LEADER

The position may include front-end, and/or perishable team/lead duties
Prior team leader experience required.
Experience a grocery store is highly preferred
Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance.
Able to oversee the front end of the store and all departments
Ideal candidates must have proven customer service, selling skills, food industry experience, and effective supervisory success.
Help with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock shipments.
Assist in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet market demands.
Help with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
