About the Role:
As an LPN part time you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the charge nurse and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strive for excellence in patient care
• Demonstrate and promote a positive and professional attitude, adhering to our core values of compassion, respect, and dignity
