Full-time on-site Property Manager for high rise condominium association in North Bergen, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Site management, maintenance supervision and site inspections
• Contact for maintenance or repair issues and processing of work orders/repair requests, monitoring contractor work
• Administrative - Unit Owner correspondence, meeting/management reports and minutes, enforcing Rules & Regulations, obtaining proposals
• Business advisory and reporting to the Board of Directors
• Capital improvement work and budget preparation

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, including coordinating building maintenance and mechanical systems
• Adept at working with owners/renters, Board of Directors and contractors
• Excellent written and verbal skills, is personable and articulate
• Enumerate/TOPS property management software knowledge a plus
• Bilingual a plus
