Join Our Dynamic Team as a Seasonal Tour Guide
Our local tour company is seeking 1 to 2 energetic full-time/part-time Tour Guides to join our team from March through November, with the possibility of returning each season.
Based in one of America’s most beautiful regions, this role offers the opportunity to spend your days exploring Colorado’s historic sites, mountain landscapes, and iconic destinations. If you enjoy the outdoors and love interacting with people from around the world, this position offers a unique and rewarding experience.
We are looking for individuals who are not just guides but ambassadors of adventure. Our guides lead small group tours through the Rocky Mountains, sharing stories about Colorado’s history, geology, wildlife, and culture while ensuring every guest has an enjoyable and memorable experience.
A strong familiarity with Denver and Colorado’s major attractions is a great foundation for this role.
Responsibilities
Lead small group sightseeing tours throughout Colorado
Safely operate company passenger vans in city and mountain environments
Share engaging information about Colorado history, geology, wildlife, and culture
Manage group timing and tour stops while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere
Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world
Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after tours
Key Qualifications
Energetic and enthusiastic personality with strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
Ability to manage small groups and keep tours on schedule
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Colorado resident with a valid Colorado driver’s license and a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of Denver and Colorado destinations including history, geology, and ecology
Self motivated and able to work independently
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
Willingness to use a personal smartphone for work related tasks
