Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Agawam, Massachusetts. This part-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this role requires occasional travel to other locations, with all travel time reimbursed.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and resolve client login issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 Suite, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Apply effective troubleshooting methodologies to identify and address hardware and software problems.
• Assist with VoIP system setup and maintenance to ensure seamless communication.
• Participate in company activities and special projects as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while managing time effectively to prioritize tasks.
• Act as a self-starter, taking initiative to resolve challenges and improve processes.• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues.
• Experience with VoIP systems and communication tools.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
