Position Summary: The Project Estimator will manage the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects—from estimation through closeout. This role combines office work with frequent local travel and offers long-term growth into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform field inspections, takeoffs, and digital estimating</li>
<li>Prepare proposals, submittals, and project documentation</li>
<li>Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and change orders</li>
<li>Oversee job site performance, quality control, and safety </li>
<li>Track labor, material, and production costs</li>
<li>Attend job site and pre-construction meetings</li>
</ul>
Ideal Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3-7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience</li>
<li>Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook</li>
<li>Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided</li>
<li>Bonus: Bilingual</li>
