Join our dynamic team as a Post-Construction Cleaner and play a key role in transforming newly built or renovated spaces into spotless, move-in-ready environments. Duties
- Perform detailed post-construction cleaning in residential and commercial properties, including newly built, renovated, or remodeled spaces
- Remove fine dust, debris, and construction residue from all surfaces, including walls, baseboards, trim, doors, and fixtures
- Clean high and low areas such as vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and corners where dust accumulates
- Thoroughly clean windows, window tracks, frames, and glass surfaces to remove dust, paint, and adhesive residue
- Execute specialized floor care, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and safely removing paint splatter, caulk, or debris
- Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, including inside cabinets, drawers, and appliances to ensure move-in-ready condition
- Remove stickers, labels, tape, and protective coverings from surfaces without causing damage
- Maintain high sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring all areas are free of dust and buildup
- Communicate professionally with clients and report any pre-existing damage, safety concerns, or scope changes before starting work
- Follow all safety procedures, especially when working around construction materials, tools, or potentially hazardous debris
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel housekeeping background highly valued
- Hands-on experience with residential or commercial cleaning tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation techniques
- Experience with detailed cleaning tasks such as dust removal, debris cleanup, and surface restoration
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in post-construction cleaning (HEPA vacuums, scrapers, etc.) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas requiring extra care or touch-ups
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results in demanding or fast-paced environments
- Customer service experience with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies, tools, and eco-friendly products to promote safe and effective cleaning practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Have General Liability and workers' comp Insurance (Candidate must be Open to acquiring if not)
- Reliable source of transportation
- Your own cleaning supplies suitable for post construction cleans

- Legal to work in the US
