- Hands On Full Stack Development Actively codes across the stack Backend APIs services data access Frontend UI integration as needed Database SQL performance data integrity Reviews and approves code sets coding and design standards Debugs production issues when needed.
- Communication Leadership Critical Strong verbal and written communication translates technical detail into clear status updates aligns with business partners and product owners Leads discussions decisions and trade offs Mentors junior developers and coordinates team effort.
