About Us:
Ruby Red Beauty Supply in Richmond, VA (23223) is looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to help with daily store operations.
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
- Position Types Available:

- Full-Time: 5 days a week or,
- Part-Time: Flexible shift available (afternoon/evening, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unbox, and inspect incoming inventory shipments.
- Restock products on store shelves neatly and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor, aisles, and store areas clean and organized.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and store warehouse.
- Assist with basic store maintenance and light cleaning duties.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish, basic/functional English preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
