Job DescriptionWe are partnering with a well-established service-based organization to identify a Service Administrator to provide essential support to their Service Department. This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating operations, managing schedules, and supporting field teams.
The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who can manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing demands, and maintain accuracy across administrative and billing functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within operations or professional services.

Responsibilities of the Service Administrator:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Service Manager and department staff.
  • Create and manage work orders while coordinating technician schedules.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Process billing and assist with maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including service documentation.
  • Update client systems and portals with service and billing information.
  • Track service timelines and support overall workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with general office operations, including data entry and reporting.


Qualifications of the Service Administrator:

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience (service or dispatch experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operations-driven setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
