Job Title: Facility Repair and Maintenance Technician (1st shift)
Pay: $30–$33/hour
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Are you a skilled handyman with a knack for fixing things and keeping facilities running smoothly? We're looking for a Facility Repair and Maintenance Technician to support our team and ensure our building operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor HVAC tasks.

Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent future issues.

Respond quickly to maintenance requests and work orders.

Assemble, install, or repair furniture, fixtures, shelving, and equipment.

Replace filters, light bulbs, and perform general upkeep.

Coordinate with external contractors/vendors as needed and oversee onsite work.

Ensure all work meets OSHA, local building codes, and company safety standards.

Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and completed work.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a regulated or pharmaceutical setting.

Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

Familiarity with cGMP standards and safety protocols in pharmaceutical environments preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions (standing, climbing ladders, confined spaces, etc.).
