Core Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
\n
· Recognized English teaching certification (TESOL / TEFL / TESL – CELTA or equivalent preferred)
\n
· Minimum of 1 year ESL teaching experience
\n
· Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and teaching excellence
\n
\n
Professional Qualifications (Preferred)
\n
· Advanced ESL qualifications (Level 5 equivalent or higher such as CELTA, TKT, DipTESOL, PGCE, MEd, PhDEd)
\n
· Continuous professional development (CPD) participation
\n
· Experience with international learners
\n
\n
Language Capability Requirements
\n
· English proficiency at CEFR C1 (or equivalent) is required
\n
· Proficiency in at least one additional language at CEFR B1+ or higher is strongly preferred
\n

Teaching Scope
\n
You may support either young learners or adult learners depending on teaching allocation.
\n
\n
