Job Description: Join a fast-paced technical support team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to end users across various departments. This role requires a customer-first mindset and hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues across multiple systems, devices, and applications. After initial onboarding, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, enterprise applications, connectivity, and peripheral devices
- Log, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming incidents using established service management tools and procedures
- Collaborate with end users to identify and resolve technical issues promptly and courteously
- Maintain secure user access and ensure adherence to IT policies and best practices
- Participate in technology initiatives and projects while meeting established service-level goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk/service desk environment with a relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Windows platforms, Office 365, VPNs, remote support tools, and enterprise applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to assist users across technical skill levels
- Familiarity with incident tracking systems such as ServiceNow and knowledge of IT support principles
- Must be able to work onsite during onboarding; parking fees apply; valid driver’s license required
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable internet required for remote work
- Candidate must be within a 30–45 minute commute of Topeka, KS
- Participation in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule is required (with overtime compensation)
- Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM with minimal errors

The Pay Rate range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
