Calvo Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Los Angeles Team.

Full-time schedule with flexible work week either Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday
All Gas are paid for
Hourly Rate $21 to $ 25 doe PLUS Bonus

Provide Industry related training
Your responsibilities include:
Complete Service requests from Residents (e.g. tasks such as painting, some basic electrical, installing fans, windows, and garbage disposals, fixing doors, locks, lights, cabinetry, basic plumbing, patching dry wall)
Help with Turnovers
Survey the property and communicate any needs regarding cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality to your Supervisor
Your Qualifications:
Minimum of one year experience in property management maintenance, other industry related trade
Read , write and speak English ( Bi-lingual plus)
Provide own tools
Possess a current driver license.
