Senior Project Engineer

As a Senior Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in process development and project execution—helping to bring innovative spinal solutions to market by leading sub-projects and collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Quality, and Manufacturing.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects or portions of larger programs with cross-functional teams
- Develop project charters, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage sub-project Gantt charts, deliverables, and status tracking
- Identify and assess project risks; build and maintain risk response plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and scope
- Create and maintain stakeholder registers and communication plans
- Support procurement and quality planning for sub-projects
- Facilitate effective meetings, documentation, and cross-functional alignment
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience in technical or project roles within medical device, automotive, or aerospace
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Knowledge of GD&T, statistical methods, process mapping, and validation is a plus
- Project Management certification or training preferred

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with additional factors like territory requirements, qualifications, and performance taken into account. The typical pay range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 annually, with annual bonus potential, plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
