GENERAL PURPOSE:

The ICQA Specialist II is primarily responsible for testing the accuracy and quality of DC processes. The specific DC audits will be conducted throughout the DC and at off-site facilities. The position is also responsible for maintaining building RF equipment accuracy, report generation, problem resolution, and special projects as requested. The ICQA Specialist II role requires an in depth understanding of all DC processes to perform directed QA Audits.

  • Pay Rate: $19.42

  • Shift: 6:00am- time availability

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform daily audits of Production Associates to support the Blue Chip incentive bonus program as directed by Inventory / Quality Control Supervisor or Manager.

  • Audit distribution center policies and procedures of processing goods. Ensure daily auditing of all Associate incentive data. Compile data from audits to assist DC management in resolving problem areas. Research problems and make improvements within the DC as it relates to accuracy of merchandise from receiving until the point of shipment.

  • Audits include Outbound Container, Marking, Unit ID, in hotel storage audits and other quality audits as instructed by Inventory / Quality Control Supervisor or Manager.

  • Communicate Audit results to with ICQA and Operations management

  • Ensure an excellent level of consistent Internal and External Customer Service is provided.

  • Assist with cycle counting of inventory within the hotel storage area. Including executing random and directed (marked) audits for discrepancies found.

  • Assist in Exceptions processing for research of Not in Location, Duplicate Barcode, No-Read, Not in Database and any other carton or unit discrepancy.

  • Assist processing areas to help ensure that merchandise is processed through the warehouse in a timely manner utilizing all computer systems to problem solve as requested

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Must pass MS Word I, Math (with calculator), Excel tests

  • Excellent math and computer skills. Experience with Outlook E-mail, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and RMS

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work aggressively to complete projects

  • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to communicate with all levels of management and departments both within and outside the company

  • Ability to read, speak and understand written instructions in English

  • Previous RF gun/gladiator experience helpful

  • Must have completed UID In Training program (UIDiT) or have prior UID experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed throughout shift

  • Variance in work volume is seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present

  • Job frequently requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, and hearing

  • Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically



Pay Details: $19.42 per hour
