We’re looking for a Member Services Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our member services department. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for our volunteer members, ensuring seamless membership onboarding and providing exceptional customer support.

Salary Range
$54,800 – $58,800 (annually), based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do
- Guide and support a dedicated team of two-member service representatives, managing workload and performance.
- Oversee membership applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex membership issues and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding service to our volunteer members.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of administrative/customer service experience (including 2 years in a supervisory role), OR High school diploma or GED with 8+ years of administrative/customer service experience (including 2 years in a supervisory role).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Access, Teams, Word, Excel).
