We are currently looking for candidates to join our Team for a Front Service (overnight) position! Our Home2 Suites by Hilton, a 124 all -suites hotel, is located off University Boulevard, a short walk from dining and five minutes from The University of Central Florida. Addition Financial Arena, FBC Mortgage Stadium, and Blanchard Park are within three miles. Our guests enjoy our in-suite kitchens, outdoor saline pool, and fitness center, featuring a Peloton® Bike with toe cages. Hot complimentary daily breakfast is offered to all our guests. The Home2 Suites-UCF is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

As Front Service the ideal person is responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the overnight shifts. Run laundry and bring amenities to guests when requested. Overnight shift from 11pm to 7am - however must be available to work different schecules. Rate of pay $17.50 per hour.

• Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Stocks room attendant carts and supplies
• Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
• Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.
• Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
• Hotel Experience a plus
• Excellent Customer Service
• Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays)
• Hotel brand Experience a plus
