Position Summary
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store while delivering the exceptional customer service Kilwins is known for. You’ll lead by example, support team members, and help create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and delighted. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Supervise and support team members during shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Uphold Kilwins’ high standards of quality and presentation, from crafting fudge to serving ice cream.
- Train and mentor team members, sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products and values.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail, food service, or customer-facing role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A passion for creating positive customer experiences and a genuine love for sweets!
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining Kilwins’ high standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused.
