Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support a non-profit organization in Green, Ohio through a Long-term Contract assignment. This position combines operational coordination, reporting, and broad administrative support to help teams stay organized, maintain accurate records, and serve members efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident handling scheduling, documentation, and database-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate member assignments to care managers by reviewing program fit, geographic coverage, and staff capacity while maintaining accurate tracking records.
• Oversee updates to member information, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure individuals are aligned with the appropriate program or plan.
• Facilitate transitions between care managers and arrange required system access when members or staff need changes in permissions.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reports, statistical records, and program-related documentation for managed care activities.
• Open and organize new cases in designated clinical or care management systems for incoming members as required.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support by handling correspondence, mail distribution, document preparation, filing, copying, and proofreading.
• Manage calendars, confirm appointments, assemble meeting materials, and assist with conference room setup or event logistics when needed.
• Maintain internal databases, support large mailings, create packets and board materials, and step in to assist other support staff during high-volume periods.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts, support operational goals, and complete additional duties assigned by leadership.• Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and database information.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and office software, including document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Ability to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for working with staff, members, and external stakeholders.
• Experience handling inbound calls, written correspondence, and general office documentation.
• Ability to work independently while also providing backup support to team members as needed.
• Experience in healthcare, home health, managed care, or non-profit environments is preferred.
