What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Service Apprentice, you’ll be on the frontlines supporting our Lead Technicians with cutting-edge security technology installs and service. You’ll get real-world experience, paid training, and the support of an award-winning team that’s got your back.

Your role will include:

• Assisting with the installation and servicing of electronic and physical security systems.

• Learning the ropes from experienced technicians — hands-on and in the field.

• Running wires, installing equipment, testing systems, and solving real-time issues.

• Conducting site surveys and helping to train customers on their new tech.

• Learning and assisting with security lockwork.

• Keeping tools, equipment, and inventory in check and organized.

• Maintaining clean records — driving, documentation, and communication.

• Representing the CSG brand with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

What You Bring to the Table:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record (you’ll be behind the wheel!)

• Strong communication & customer service skills

• Ability to travel for up to a week at a time

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs (you’ll stay fit on the job!)
