We’re now hiring a Customer Service Representative who excels at sales — someone who can build relationships, communicate clearly, and keep our customers confident and informed every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression
- Write up repair orders and communicate vehicle needs clearly
- Present estimates and explain recommended services with confidence
- Work closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow up with customers and make sure every experience ends on a positive note
