Key Responsibilities

Draft and format legal documents, letters, and client correspondence

Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filing schedules

Greet clients, answer calls, and handle client intake professionally

Organize and maintain client files (electronic and paper)

Coordinate real estate settlements, court filings, or document recording (as applicable)

Manage billing, payments, and basic bookkeeping entries
