Robert Half is looking for an on-site temporary front desk coordinator for our community management client in Hayward! This individual would serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and maintenance staff at a quiet residential community. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling requests, and supporting daily office operations independently.
Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, texts, and emails with professionalism
Submit, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders
Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting
Accept and process checks for clubhouse usage
Address homeowner account questions, escalating complex issues as needed
Work independently as the sole office representative
