Responsibilities
- Advise clients on Auto, Home, Life, and related insurance products
- Generate new business through referrals, leads, and community engagement
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage follow-ups, renewals, and retention activity
- Meet or exceed sales and growth goals
- Stay up to date on products, underwriting, and compliance
Requirements
- Active Property Casualty insurance license (required)
- Sales-driven mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to build trust and close business
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
- Prior insurance or financial services experience preferred
