Legal Assistant (Labor & Employment) - Full-Time, In-Office (Creve Coeur, MO)
We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Legal Assistant to join our team - someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Supporting attorneys and paralegals in day-to-day operations
· Drafting, formatting, proofreading, and editing correspondence and legal documents
· Document management and production (including organizing, labeling, indexing, and quality-checking materials)
· Litigation and arbitration support tasks, including electronic case filings
· Communicating professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
· Coordinating schedules, maintaining deadlines, and helping keep matters moving efficiently
· Providing general office support (phones, scanning, file organization and maintenance, and other administrative tasks as needed)
· Working collaboratively with the team while also handling independent assignments
Qualifications
· High school diploma
· Labor or litigation experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
· Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
