Automotive Technician B or C+ Level
Location: Eugene, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $20–$30/hr Depending on Experience (Hourly + Productivity Bonus)
2+ Years of Professional Shop Experience Required
Position Summary
Promotive is now hiring B and/or C Level Automotive Technicians for one of the most well-respected, long-standing independent shops in Eugene, OR.
This is a rare opportunity to join a massive, 17+ bay facility that outperforms the dealerships in size, volume, and diagnostic skill. With reputation so strong local dealers send over the jobs they can't figure out, this is the place to learn, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and light European vehicles

Handle suspension and steering repairs, brake jobs, fluid services, and general maintenance

Test and repair batteries, starters, alternators, and charging systems

Use modern diagnostic tools and techniques to troubleshoot issues

Remove and replace components with precision and speed

Collaborate with a well-staffed team including dedicated parts runners and service advisors

Maintain a clean, professional work area and follow safety protocols
What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience as a B or strong C+ Level technician

Strong aptitude and willingness to learn advanced diagnostics and systems

Familiarity with basic R&R procedures, brake, steering, and suspension systems

Tech-savvy – comfortable using modern diagnostic software and tools

Team player who takes pride in their work and doesn't need constant supervision

Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
