Job Description
Job Description
Work Location:
At Profit Recovery Partners (PRP), we believe that collaboration and innovation thrive when we're together. This position is fully onsite at our Santa Ana office, allowing for real-time teamwork, immediate problem-solving, and a strong sense of community among our team members.
Who You Are:
You are a natural problem solver; someone who thrives on creating order out of complexity and turning repeatable processes into scalable ones. You have deep experience in contracts management and understand what it takes to manage vendor agreements, post-execution compliance, and multi-party documentation at scale. You are analytical and commercially sharp, comfortable interpreting contract terms and using that understanding to deliver savings for our clients. You are equally comfortable supporting a sales conversation as you are managing a client implementation, and you know how to adapt your communication style for both audiences. You manage multiple engagements simultaneously without losing track of the details, and you take pride in building the kind of structured, repeatable processes that make a team run faster over time. This role requires you to be an internal expert, the implementation lead, and a key partner to our sales team. Most importantly, you are energized by that challenge, not overwhelmed by it.
What You Will Do:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of new client engagements on our contract management platform, including scoping, onboarding, vendor data setup, and documentation execution
• Serve as the primary internal expert on the contract management product, owning its methodology, configuration, and deployment across client engagements
• Coordinate contract and vendor agreement collection from clients and third-party counterparties; review documentation to ensure completeness, execution and other key terms.
• Build, manage, and continuously improve project and contract tracking tools; identify opportunities to systemize repeatable tasks for greater efficiency and consistency across engagements
• Partner with sales teams to support pre-sale conversations, respond to product-specific questions, and help position the contract management solution effectively with prospective clients
• Prepare and maintain client-facing and internal materials including implementation guides, scope documentation, and product collateral that reflect current methodology and best practices
• Apply strong analytical thinking to assess contract compliance, identify risk or contract gaps, and surface data-driven insights that help deliver sustainable client savings.
• Monitor engagement progress across multiple simultaneous implementations; proactively flag risks, resolve blockers, and keep all stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables
• Participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person) as an implementation lead and subject matter resource; represent the product with authority and clarity
• Resolve issues related to missing, incomplete, or delayed documentation quickly and professionally; develop standard operating procedures to improve delivery outcomes over time.
• Complete additional duties as required to support engagement execution, client outcomes, and operational efficiency
What You Need:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 6–8 years of experience in contracts management, vendor management, or a closely related discipline; direct experience implementing or managing a contract management platform(s)/functions strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations or projects; strong organizational discipline with a track record of meeting deadlines across complex, parallel workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to flex between technical implementation discussions with clients and high-level product conversations with sales prospects
• Strong analytical capabilities with high attention to detail; able to interpret contract terms, identify compliance gaps, and translate findings into clear, actionable cost savings recommendations
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word; comfort building presentations, tracking tools, analysis models, and structured reporting that support both implementation and sales workflows
• Demonstrated ability to build and document repeatable processes; experience creating SOPs, playbooks, or structured workflows that improve team efficiency and reduce ramp time
• Willingness to learn new tools and domain knowledge quickly; a growth mindset with the drive to become a recognized subject matter expert and scale that expertise across the team
