Job QualificationsEducation: Associate or Bachelors of Science degree in Vascular/Echocardiography from an accredited institution for cardiac ultrasound or on the job training with associates degree in Allied Health.
\n
\n
Licensure/Certification/Registration:Cardiovascular Credentialing International {CCI}, ARDMS registered cardiac sonographeror registry eligible, and CPR required.
\n
\n
Experience:One to two years of experience as an echocardiography technician preferred, including 2-D echo with M-Mode, spectral, & color flow doppler, transesophageal echocardiography, and stress echocardiography.

Job-related Skills:Has knowledge of the clinical interventions and equipment necessary to meet the specific needs of the patient population served
