Forklift Mechanic (Shop Forman) — $35–$45/hr. + OT + Bonus
Edison, NJ 08837
- Steady Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Shop Role)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Diagnose & repair IC forklifts (gas, LPG, diesel)
- Troubleshoot and repair electric forklifts (wiring, batteries, chargers)
- Handle major repairs (engines, transmissions, hydraulics)
- Complete PMs and repairs efficiently
- Use diagnostic tools + write up clear work orders
- (For senior techs) Help guide junior mechanics
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 3+ years as a forklift, heavy equipment, or diesel mechanic
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable with both mechanical + electrical systems
- Able to work independently and on a team
- Supervisory experience a plus
