Job Description: The Physician’s Health Group Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assists in the development and
implementation of patient care plans for pediatric patients in accordance with departmental
policies and procedures.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluates all incoming patients for services, documents the nature of the problem, and records current medications in the patient’s medical record.
- Takes and records patient vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, height, and weight.
- Assists Physicians, Physicians assistants and Nurse Practitioners with direct patient care.
- Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing School
- Current LPN License in the State of Georgia
- Current BLS Certification.
