Objective:

We are looking for a Technical Service Technician to support customers during equipment trials and help keep bottling lines running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical background who enjoys hands-on work, travel, and working directly with customers. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

· Visit customer sites to audit bottling lines for successful transition of business to Corvaglia.

· Assist with audits and trial during new business transition.

· Troubleshoot problems that allow bottlers to run at high rates of efficiency.

· Complete reports on time and per procedures for all in person customer visits.

· Communicate results of all audits and trials, including creating and distributing reports, and leading calls with customers to plan for audits, trials, bottling improvements, etc.

· Communicate with customers when not traveling and working on-site.

· Work with Corvaglia QA to help troubleshoot problems as needed.

· Arrange travel plans as needed to help support customers. Travel 70%

· Real-time updates of technical services log.

· Real-time updates for all calendar events.

· Follow protocols and standard procedures in place for defined tasks (audits, reports, etc)

Requirements profile:

Education:

· Technical degree in a related field or a High school diploma.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance/mechanics
• Willingness to learn a new industry.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced system with multiple tasks and locations.
• Experience with bottling, packaging, or production lines is a plus, but not required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
